Ricky’s experience in construction was greatly shaped by his military service. Ricky served with the 7th Engineer Support Battalion, 1st Marines Logistics Group as a heavy equipment operator from 2005-2009. In 2006, he deployed to Iraq, with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), 1st Engineer Combat Battalion providing essential logistical support throughout the Al Anbar province. His time in the Marines reinforced his strong work ethic, technical skill, and commitment to getting the job done right—qualities that continue to define Leatherneck Construction today.

After completing his service, Ricky remained dedicated to the construction industry and pursued various opportunities in the trades. Whether it's a kitchen upgrade, bathroom renovation, or ground-up build, our team delivers high-quality results while ensuring the process is smooth, transparent, and low-stress for our clients.
